Toddle Learning Ltd provides the Toddle app. Adults can request deletion of their Toddle account and associated personal information here, without installing or opening the app. Children do not create Toddle accounts or profiles.
Request deletion by email
- Email hello@toddlelearning.app from the address linked to your Toddle account. If you activated a demo account with an access code, use your own email address and explain that it is an access-code demo account; do not send the access code. If you use an Apple private relay address or cannot send from the linked address, contact us for help verifying account ownership.
- Use the subject Toddle account deletion request and say that you want your Toddle account and associated personal information deleted, including remaining subscription-service information.
- We may ask you to confirm you own the account. Do not send your password or unnecessary information about a child.
Email a Toddle account deletion request
The link opens your email application; nothing is sent until you choose to send the email. You can also write directly to hello@toddlelearning.app. We will respond within the applicable legal period.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes the Supabase account, any associated access-code grant and related Apple grant record, and attempts Apple sign-in revocation where a grant is available.
You can also request deletion through the parent account controls in Settings in the app. The in-app control does not currently automatically delete the RevenueCat customer record or purchase history. Email hello@toddlelearning.app to request deletion of remaining information, subject to applicable retention requirements. This is not a promise of immediate provider-wide erasure.
In-app deletion clears usable account access on the initiating device. A device that remains offline may retain previously verified access until its existing offline deadline: the earlier of 30 days after verification and the last verified paid-through date. Local story files and progress can remain; possession of those files does not extend premium access.
Access-code premium grants expire at their configured deadline; expiry does not itself delete the demo account. You can delete that account through Settings. We also remove expired demo accounts through operational cleanup; expiry is not a promise of immediate erasure. Access-code activation does not create or cancel a store subscription.
Information that may remain
Account deletion does not delete Apple's or Google's own billing records. Provider records, purchase history and operational or security records can have separate retention requirements. Necessary records may be retained for a legal obligation or ongoing dispute.
Our support retention schedule is six months after resolution, with exceptions limited to relevant records needed for a legal obligation or ongoing dispute. Local files, reading progress and settings remain on your device until removed through available app controls or the device's storage lifecycle. Operating-system backups may retain copies according to your settings. Provider recovery copies and other technical records can have different lifecycles.
See the Privacy Policy for retention details and the rights and contact section for your data rights.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting the app or your Toddle account does not cancel your subscription. You can delete your Toddle account without waiting for the subscription to expire.
- iOS: Cancel renewal through the Apple account that purchased the subscription. Follow Apple's subscription cancellation guidance.
- Android: Cancel renewal in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, using the Google account that purchased the subscription. Follow Google Play's subscription cancellation guidance.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
